History of the HOA
Westbrook in Wilton Homeowners Association was created on August 12th 2004 by the principals of the BH Group Inc. Association property consist of 2 parcels of non-buildable land. Parcel 1 is 15.58 Acres located between the two entrance/exits of Westbrook Estates, lining Northern Pines Road. Parcel 2 is 63.77 acres which surrounds the entire perimeter of Westbrook Estates from Apple Tree to Cherry Tree Lanes.
History of the Area
In 2005 BH Group would begin the transfer of ownership and responsibility for the Westbrook in Wilton Homeowners Association.The sale of 35 homes on Cherry Tree Lane where offered with a mandatory membership into the association. Since 2005 those 35 homes pay an annual due to the Westbrook Wilton Homeowners Association. Those dues are used to pay the taxes, insurance, legal & accounting fees. Those dues are also used to maintain the two entrance/exits to Westbrook Estates.
